Aidan Toner-Rodgers

Aidan is a second-year PhD student in Economics at MIT. His research focuses on the economics of science and innovation, using tools from industrial organization, game theory, and labor. In recent work, he has studied the impact of artificial intelligence on scientific discovery and product innovation.

Before joining MIT, Aidan spent two years as a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, working on topics in macroeconomics and monetary policy. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Macalester College.
